EXPERIENCE DURING FELLOWSHIP :
o At Pune I was under direct guidance of Dr Sachin Tapasvi where I had good exposure of both arthroscopy and arthroplasty.The work experience was immense in terms of both quality and quantity .I used to assist him as first assistant in all the cases. There was a equally good exposure in primary and revision hip, knee and shoulder arthroplasty.The experience in arthroscopy was immense including knee scopies ,ligament reconstructions ,ankle scopies and shoulder scopies.There I also performed the procedures under his guidance.
o .After my tenure with him I joined Dr Ashish Babhulkar as a shoulder specialist fellow at Sancheti Institute of Orthopedics ,Pune where I assisted and performed shoulder arthroscopies (Bankart repair,Rotator cuff repairs, Sub acromial decompressions).There was also good exposure in open shoulder surgeries like neglected dislocations recurrent instabilities .I also learned PSRP that is a specific shoulder rehabilitation programme with therabands designed by Dr Babhulkar
ADVANCED SHOULDER TRAINING: i was privileged in visiting world renowned Dr Stephen Burkhart for shoulder arthroscopy at San Antonio Orthopedic group Texas USA where I got vast experience in managing complex shoulder cases ,complex rotator cuff tears, revision surgeries .
EXPERIENCE AT GERMANY : working with PROFESSOR GRAICHEN in lindenlohe was great experience with exposure to complex revision arthroplsty cases , complex arthroplasties and totally navigation assisted arthroplasties.
BOARD CERTIFICAION: BOTH MBBS AND MS DEGREES ARE RECOGNISED BY MEDICAL COUNCIL OF INDIA
